The Teen Ranch Team
The team at Teen Ranch are a dynamic group of dedicated Christians who are passionate about outdoor recreation and Christian ministry. With diverse interests and experiences, our team is committed to providing a safe and fun experience for all our guests.
Staff at Teen Ranch are all required to complete a First Aid course and keep their certification current.
Activity staff are also required to certify for a Bronze Medallion annually.
All staff are trained and certified in their specialist areas, complying with industry standards.
Why work at Teen Ranch?
Working at Teen Ranch is more than just a job, it is a way of life. We currently have a community of around 25 full-time and part-time staff who enjoy ‘doing life’ together as they serve in a variety of capacities on our site. Whether part of our compassionate kitchen crew, one of the adventurous activity facilitators, a member of the dedicated horse squad or one of the encouraging administration team, the staff at Teen Ranch aim to imitate Jesus and implement his teachings in our work life as we strive every day to be more like him.
At Teen Ranch we provide our employees with opportunities for residential community, ordinary work, one-on-one mentoring, vocational experience, bible studies and practical mission. All these elements are what help to shape us as disciples of Jesus Christ.
No two days look the same when working at Teen Ranch, with a variety of experiences to be enjoyed, from activity facilitation to food preparation, maintenance and cleaning. All tasks are mission focussed and can include relational evangelism, practical service and making the most of every opportunity granted with the diverse range of visitors who come to enjoy what the Ranch has to offer.
While it is at times challenging to live in community, it is also a richly rewarding experience to walk alongside likeminded Christians who encourage and bless you in your daily life.
