Several creative business ventures have been initiated to financially support the mission of Teen Ranch, provide a vocational context for the development of young Australians and provide unique exposure and creative interaction with the local community. These enterprises express our desire to integrate all aspects of life under God and to provide diverse ways for people to encounter the person of Jesus Christ during the ordinary moments of everyday life.

The camping dimension of Teen Ranch was initiated in 1961. Our commitment to industry best practice is now recognized by accreditation with the Australian Camping Association. Customised programs utilizing the specialized activities and the outdoor learning environment cater for a wide variety of government, Catholic and private schools. The "Roundup" camps attract 100 teenagers each week of the school holidays. Work experience opportunities and aspects of the Duke of Edinburgh Award scheme are also facilitated and a large number of young Australians contribute as voluntary staff.
Crosstrades Building Services began in January 2004 to provide reliable and quality carpentry, bricklaying, landscaping, bobcat, painting and labouring services to the building industry. Crosstrades Labouring Services provides a reliable workforce for temporary construction, warehouse, horticulture and rubbish removal needs.

The Teen Ranch Horse Riding School began in April 2005 with the vision of providing professional horse-riding lessons for young people, with affordability for the average Australian. Qualified and experienced Christian instructors offer group and private lessons for a range of abilities. We aim to promote a passion for horsemanship and riding.
