    Hey guys,

Thanks so much for an amazing second week of Winter Roundups! We were so blessed to have such warm sunny days, only dropping cold in the nights. The kids enjoyed activity time, either participating in them or just hanging out and watching their mates have a crack at them. The favourites are always Horse Riding, High Ropes, Abseiling & Canoeing (even in winter!!). On the Friday, we have electives day, where the kids get to choose their activities, mainly to learn more advanced skills on that activity. It was a great day to finish up camp with.

Throughout the week, our Connect sessions ran slightly different. The kids split up into their cabin groups and had the freedom to get to know their cabin mates as well as talk through any questions regarding God they might have been thinking and wrestling through. Jules, our Resident Director, shared her testimony around the campfire one night, it was so powerful to listen to her story, starting at Teen Ranch herself as a camper!

As always, the sports team competition was alive and kicking! The games included mini Christmas round games, Staff Hunt, the classic Pizza Trays, musical chairs, volley ball, dodgeball, tug of war & of course Boy From The Bush!  In line with our Christmas in July theme, we had three teams...the Holly Jolly Ranchers, the Jingle Elves & the Reindeers. The team that took out the competition this week were the Reindeers. Well done guys!
